The cultivated meat production technology project being carried out by Space F, a cultivated meat development company, was selected as one of the ‘Top 10 R&D Excellence Achievements of 2023’.
Space F announced on the 6th that the technology project ‘Cultivated Meat Production for a Sustainable Future’ was selected as one of the ‘2023 Top 10 R&D Excellence Achievements’ and that it will participate in the ‘2023 Industrial Technology R&D EXPO’.
The 10 best R&D achievements of 2023 were finally selected through evaluation by experts and the general public after collecting the excellent performances of the three major professional organizations of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (KEIT, KIAT, and KETEP). The results can be found at the 10 Representative Achievements Exhibition Hall held at the ‘2023 Industrial Technology R&D EXPO’ held on the 6th at COEX in Seoul. We also produce and distribute videos and brochures using terms and sentences that are easy for the general public to understand.
On this day, Space F also participated in the Korea Evaluation Institute of Industrial Technology's Alchemist Artificial Eco-Food (cultivated meat) section and introduced a cultivated meat prototype. The Alchemist project is an innovative research and development project that challenges solving future industrial technology challenges, and Space F researchers were finally selected through Korea's first competitive project selection method.
